Policy

My Zelle (For Deposits Only)

Deposit

• A deposit of $20 is required to book and will secure your appointment.

  This goes toward your grand total.

  ****If no deposit is sent within an 1hr after booking; your appointment will be cancelled.

  Feel free to reschedule when you’re deposit ready!

• (Zelle) Email only: lolac0721@outlook.com Enrolled as: Lola Coffiel.

• The remainder of your total must be paid in cash only. (ATM/Banks in area))

  Cancellations / No - Shows

• If you must cancel, please do so at least 48hrs ahead of time. In this case, your deposit will be returned to you.

  *** Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made after 48 hours and no Shows.

• No show = $15 Rebooking Fee + New Deposit

  Late Fee

• If you anticipate being late, kindly let me know beforehand.

• I have a 10 minute grace period.

  Beyond this period, a $10 late fee will apply.

  If you exceed 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled.

• *** If you happen to arrive early, kindly wait to begin in at the time you’re scheduled for.

Soak-offs

• Foreign Soak off (not my work)-($25)

• Regular Soak Off (my work)-($20)

  -Coming in with foreign product & no heads up will result in a $10 inconvenience fee along with the regular soak off rate of $25.

  ETC.

  Eating

• I’m completely fine with bringing in snacks! Just make sure they leave little to no residue.

  Guests, etc.

• Please request upon bringing in any extra guests. No small children/pets not allowed in building.

• Ask for water, a charger, a bathroom break, Aux..!

• Parking

  Pay to park street parking is available
